Hey all!
I’m so excited to finally launch my newsletter—this has been a dream in the making! I hope to create a community of like-minded people who want to be more mindful of their mental health. Whether you’re simply interested in mental health, a grad student in counseling, or a practicing therapist, I hope the information and resources I share will be valuable to you.
Before we get started, I want to share a few disclaimers:
• This newsletter is separate from my counseling practice.
• It is not a replacement for mental health treatment, clinical supervision, or continuing education credits.
• If you are a current client of mine, we’ll need to discuss the pros and cons of subscribing, especially since some of my blog posts may include more personal reflections.
The resources I’ll be sharing are what I consider “mainstream” materials—such as YouTube videos, podcasts, online articles, and free tools I’ve gathered over the past eight years as a therapist. These are not peer-reviewed scientific articles, but I have carefully vetted each resource to ensure its accuracy and relevance based on my professional knowledge. If you ever have questions or concerns about any of the materials, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
I will be offering a free monthly newsletter and a paid version where you will get access to
Two emails per week featuring either:
A curated resource (like the ones in this ebook) to help deepen your understanding and give you practical tools.
A video recording where I break down key mental health concepts in a way that feels accessible and actionable.
Access to podcast episodes
Or a blog where I dive deeper into topics like attachment, the nervous system, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and more—building on what you’ve learned in this book.
Founding members will get all of the above plus digital downloads of resources personally created by me as part of the membership.
Join my tiny corner of the internet to reflect, learn, and grow—without the overwhelm of endless self-help content or unrealistic advice.
I’m excited to grow and learn together—let’s do this!
